To counter such occurrences, the company has created a panel of business analysts to craft plans and alternatives to those contingency plans should there be a change in the governmental policies. The IAS and IFRS might also include changes in their policies. Although the policies are formed so that the businesses all over the world are streamlined to work in corporations with ease, the policies might affect the company in various ways. A set of plans is being put up for these emergencies. The other aspect that the company looked into was the competition it was likely to face from other similar companies.

CKM plans to be more than a company to the client; it plans to be a companion. The third and final program is the community- building program. The community that surrounds the respective branches will have a task to establish a healthy relationship with the community members. Establishment of this rapport will not only reveal the masked wants of the people but increase the trust of people in the company, which markets the reliability of CKM (Lee & Kotler, 2013). These three programs are what the company have resorted to at the moment. The target audience, in this case, is particularly the mothers aged between 25 and 40.

Target Audience

To the target audience, the company intends to create a particular image, by setting the desired objectives, adjusting the message design in the most effective way, promotions and role that the public relations will have in creating the brand and company image. The mothers between 25 and 40 are the ones likely to have the children with the CKM handles. The image that we want the customers and the world to have is that of a caring company, which can only come to pass by having the best relations with the public. The design with which this message will reach the public will come from the customers. They will give comments regarding the service, a cost-effective way of sending the message to the public.At the same time advertising and promoting the company services. They can do this by word of mouth, by the advertisements the company plans to have and by the commentary sections online and the feedback boxes in every branch. In this way, the objectives of the company will be achieved, through a collaborative effort of the customers, the company and the public. CKM believes that the fostering of healthy relationships and communication between the workers, the customers and the public will garner its biggest goals.


In conclusion, the Customizable Kids' Meals is targeting to increase its services to people beyond the country. However, a strong base is what it wants to nurture, before spreading the wings to go international. The strategies are liable to change, yet flexible enough to accommodate a broad range of variables that might affect its progress. Customer relations are the base that it intends to foster (Foss & Stone, 2001). In the next ten years, the project is geared to increase its services in major parts of the world.
